Justin van Luijk “Producer / Project Manager with a specialty in Games”

I’m a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic person, who strives to make projects successful together with the right team players. I’m flexible and not afraid to steer the planning into a different direction when it is a beneficial improvement for the quality of a project. As a producer / project manager I feel responsible to run challenging projects as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Therefore, I’m a fast learner, team player, self-motivated and an initiator. I’m perfectly capable to work independently, got good communication skills in Dutch and English and I’m well organized in planning and keeping this in budget. I’ve also got a wide range of knowledge and experience in fields like Scrum and Kanban development processes. I gained these experiences during my employment over the last years with several large game projects (Rise of the Tomb Raider, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided etc.) here in the Netherlands.

My main focus lies in producing game, media or IT projects. I’m keen to produce these projects to a success, as I believe that these products at a valuable part in our society.
